I am a former LVN Nurse & certified health, nutrition and fitness Coach. And in 2022, I received an amazingly successful 4-part formula for my own weight loss and health & appearance improvement “by inspiration from GOD” who knew that my heart’s desire was to lose weight and become my “most” attractive, and to become married and be the best possible wife, gift, partner, friend, and “influencer” for GOD that I could possibly be to a Christian husband.

And the LORD whose name is Faithful…led me to combine (1) a progressive form of “intermittent fasting” (2) with a very healthy low carb diet, (3) and 20 minutes of daily walking or treadmill exercise which propelled me into “extremely quick and successful” weight lost, and along with this came an amazing improvement of my health!

After three weeks of beginning to use my Formula, I began drastically losing weight, and I soon lowered my blood pressure, my blood sugar, and my cholesterol.

After this, our Heavenly Father even more lovingly led me into research and design of just the right group of hand weight-assisted exercises which ”isolated” and “made more attractive” all the portions of my figure that I was uncomfortable with, and/or felt could benefit from more improvement.

And at 61, I was able to completely correct a very pronounced “Diastisis Recti” which I had for well over twenty years, and to restore my waist and abdomen to a very nicely firm, taut, and flat core!

GOD is sooo good for that one!!
